Bartlett Custom Canvas offer custom made annexes to suit all makes of caravans. Custom Canvas Annexes are manufactured from top quality fabrics to ensure durability and a long life.
Our annexes are made from Brella fabric and all walls are manufactured with a bionic finish. This
creates a water, oil & soil reppent barrier and ensures your annexe can be hosed directly and simply wiped clean of dirt & grime. The bionic finish also promotes quicker drying of canvas and is mould & mildew resistant.
Square Deluxe Annexe
The squareline deluxe caravan annexe features our exclusive fully freestanding, galvanized steel frame to ensure a trim, taut, attractive annexe.

Vacationer Annexe
The Vacationer annexe is a traditional pole and guy rope style annexe, the vacationer is a good quality annexe at an affordable cost.

Wall Kits for Rollout Awnings
Convert your Rollout Awning into an Annexe by simply attaching walls. Walls are attached using an anti-flap kit. This light weight, powder coated frame allows walls to be successfully attached to roll out awnings. The Anti flap kit can also be purchased separately to prevent wind flap of roll out awnings.
